Tonight's post is going to be short because, let's face it, I need some sleep. Regardless, blogging is a pretty important part of my day so I am pushing to get this done before my head hits the pillow.
Today I was in the gallery for a lot of the day and didn't really accomplish all that much. Our show is tomorrow! I hope lots of people will come to the opening and it will be a lot of fun. It's going to be a push to get everything done tomorrow but I'm sure it will all be worth it, it's a really cool experience and I'm glad I got to take part in it.
Onto the earrings. Today I made some blue-green earrings to match the teal dress I think I'm going to wear tomorrow night.
Ignore the faux-fur background, it's the inside of my laptop case which happened to be the only white thing I had lying around.
The earrings use these funky silver beads I got in Barcelona last summer. I am running out of my Eurotrip bead collection. Guess I'll just have to take another trip to gather some more!
There isn't much more to say on the earring front, they are pretty straightforward. I love the color of the top beads and I absolutely love my Barcelona beads. They were simple to make but aren't all that simple looking... the makings of the perfect earrings!
