I didn't blog yesterday because I was sneezy and sick and didn't feel like doing any activity other than watching tv on the couch and sleeping in my bed. I'm feeling better now, it was just a cold, so I'm back in the world of the living.
Before I was so sneezy I didn't want to do anything, I went into Boston to go to an interview, a bead store, and to see a friend. It was actually really lovely until my immune system got mad at me. At the bead store I bought some nice silver chain and a lot of teardrop beads. I call this bead store my "pretty bead store" because it's where I go when I want elegant beads, not necessarily the place for funky beads. So I stocked up on pretty teardrop beads and some silver components.
I wrapped some gold wire around one of my lovely new teardrop beads, attached it to one of my gold ovals, and voila! It wasn't actually that easy... the wire kept being fussy and I had to do it about 4 times before successfully making a matching pair of earrings. But in the end I succeeded, thank goodness.
I am so excited because now that I've finished blogging I can get into bed with my book and drift into dreamland. Goodnight!
