Last night I was tired so I skipped blogging. Soon I may need to come to terms with the fact that the original goal of my blog may not be possible. I allotted 35 skip days for a 400 day time span. So far, I've skipped about 16 and I'm only on day 89. We'll see what happens, but I may need to revise my goals. More on that some other time.
Today I helped my mother cook for our Passover meal, and watched a bunch of TV. Nothing to write home about. Then we had a nice family Passover dinner and ushered in a week of matzah. Ick.
I used some square wire to make frames for earrings. I then wrapped some wire on them and attached some of my new beads.
My square wirework still needs some honing, but I really like the idea of this design.
I also love the color of these beads. The color isn't perfectly captured in these pictures but they're a really nice green, and the beads are faceted without being too sparkly.
Now it's time to sleep, I have to go to the dentist in the morning (probably my least favorite appointment to go to, other than getting blood drawn). Wish me luck!
