Day 82

Hey all!

I think I might need to stop apologizing for missing days of blogging.  It's happening more and more, but I don't think missing a day should be such a big deal.  I'm trying hard to make this thing last a year, but I'm finishing up college with a lot of work and a lot of socializing, and if I can't get to the computer because I'm making the most of my last few weeks here, you will all forgive me right?

Yesterday I had a really nice day.  I went on a walk with my friend because the weather was gorgeous.  Later, my friends and I went to our friends' a capella show, and then hung out all night after that.  There were a bunch of people visiting too, which made the day even better.

Today I went to breakfast with my friends, then to Barnes and Noble for a couple hours.  Later, I got coffee with another friend and had a volleyball game tonight.  It was a really nice and busy weekend.  I didn't get any homework done, but I didn't really need to get anything done and it was so so nice to give myself a break.  I actually made earrings yesterday but didn't get a chance to blog about them, so I'm counting them as today's.

I wire-wrapped these cool orange beads that have flecks of white and light orange in them.  I then attached a simple white bead, so the orange wrapped beads could continue to stand out.

In the past few days I've realized how desperately I need to go bead shopping.  We have a second spring break to coincide with passover next week.  I am planning at least one, probably several, bead store trips when I'm home.  Other things on my break to do list:  work on a paper, go outside a lot, get things listed on my etsy shop, and go into some consignment shops at home that might be interested in selling my jewelry.  Maybe it won't be such a boring break after all!

Love and Beads,
Eve
