Day 67

Hey all!

Today was a long day!  Have I ever told you I have a life goal of visiting all 50 states?  Well I checked two off my list today.  That means 33 down.  In Delaware we went to a fantastic art museum and got free Rita's water ice to celebrate the beginning of spring.  In Virginia I got to meet up with an old friend who I hadn't seen in a couple years.  Along the way there was a lot of talking, singing, snacking... all the road trip staples.

When we finally arrived here in North Carolina, we were pleasantly surprised by the house we'll be staying in for a week.  And I mean very pleasantly surprised.  It has two decks, a full kitchen, several TV's, lots of beds, and it's a short walk to the beach.  All in all it seems to be working splendidly.

I made some earrings similar to the ones I made yesterday in terms of playing around with wire between two beads.

I did some of my swirly work because I think it adds a lot to an otherwise straightforward and regular piece.  I also used a yellow triangle bead because it compliments the green in the other two.

I used the smaller version of the green beads I used yesterday.  See yesterday's post for my green beads story.

Tomorrow we have a full day planned.  Highlights include:  the tallest lighthouse in America, the beach, grocery shopping, and planning the next seven days of our lives.  So much to do, I better get some sleep!

Love and Beads,
Eve
