Hey all!
Well another day has gone by with minimal productivity but much fun... such is senior year of college. I went to Barnes & Noble with a friend and with good intentions. Obviously I sat on my computer and read some books and completed about a sentence of my reading for class. But it was fun!
One of the best distractions ever is tastespotting. Seriously, look at it right now. It's basically a database of recipes updated everyday. It's really fantastic except when I'm trying to do homework. Attempted homework quickly turned into recipe finding and risotto making. Worth it? Definitely.
For the earrings I made today I used some of the beads I got in Pennsylvania. Originally the black bead was going to be on top of the green one but I am trying to fight my instincts a little so things can turn out differently. I don't want 5 pairs of earrings following essentially the same formula.
I like the way beads look when they are wrapped with wire on top. It's an elegant style that I usually use on teardrop beads but I was just feeling it today. Green and black also seem to be a nice combination here.
Now that I've finished making earrings and blogging I will attempt to be productive. If I were a betting woman, I would place money on productive being a code word for asleep. Let's hope I'm wrong!
Love and Beads,
Eve
